Acceptable Usage Policy

By using DNG Solutions ("We", "Us", "Our" or "DNG Solutions") products and services, you ("You", "Your", "Client" or "Customer") agree to comply with our policies. We expect you to have a basic knowledge of how the Internet functions, the types of uses that are generally acceptable, and the types of uses that are to be avoided. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use.

Our products and services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization, and material that is defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, violates export control laws, or is otherwise prohibited by law.

Client agrees not to run any processes on his or her VPS which use the equivalent of a full CPU core (1.0 CPU load) or more for an extended period of time. An extended period of time will generally mean one (1) hour, but will depend upon the CPU load and level of impact on other clients sharing the physical server. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time lapse involved. If you require and plan to use excessive CPU usage on a long term basis, please consider upgrading to a dedicated server plan.

Although we have the ability to absorb and tolerate occasional DDoS attacks, clients who are targeted with frequent and/or disruptive attacks will be terminated. If your VPS is found to be degrading the connection speed of other VPSs, you will be notified via ticket and asked to reduce your usage.

The following are strictly prohibited uses and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination if discovered on your account:

  • Any kind of high/abusive CPU, IO and Network usage
  • Denial of Service attacks
  • TOR exit nodes
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Booter/Stresser websites
  • Illegal Downloads (Piracy)
  • Fake/Replica websites
  • Port scanning
  • IP spoofing
  • Mass Emailing

  • Failure to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy will result in service suspension and possibly termination with no refund. Any activity not mentioned above but which is considered illegal by law will result in immediate termination. If you are aware of or believe that a violation of this AUP has occurred, please report the violation to us at [email protected].
